Can't find the Fair Lawn TV station? Cablevision moved Fair Lawn's public access station from Channel 66 to Channel 77 in January. Fair Lawn TV's Ron Lottermann said that Cablevision claims that channel 77 will be the new Public Access channel for all towns. "A number of years ago, FLTV used to be on channel 1. Then they moved us to channel 66."

What? You said you don't want to pay a lot for your cable? We know one Radburn resident who just signed up for Cable TV for the first time. She had been getting poor television reception since the World Trade Center towers were destroyed. (Although some new transmitters were installed on top of the Empire State Building, reception has not been the same since.) Our friend signed up for the basic broadcast channels plus Fair Lawn TV for $12.69 per month.

By the way, Fair Lawn TV Productions (a local organization that produces shows for Fair Lawn TV) recently elected Mariann Hutlack as President, Gina Brooks as Vice President, Bob Stein as Recording Secretary, Terri Gormann as Corresponding Secretary, and Aanarav Sareen as trustee.

Fair Lawn's other local production organization is Creative Cable. Lloyd Dorfman and the other volunteers are working on their second installment of Reality Check, the show that likes to get story ideas from Fair Lawn News. (It's been a reality check for the volunteers that it takes so long to set up, film and edit a 30 minute show.)
