The web site now gets approximately 100,000 hits per month.  The popularity of Fair Lawn News is an amazing accomplishment for residents who volunteer their time to research and write about Fair Lawn issues and events.

What are the most popular pages on the site?

In most editions, the articles that get the most hits are the real estate articles and especially the recent home sales.   The two most popular articles recently have been the results of Fair Lawn's Favorite Foods Survey and the riveting story about the Escape From the 82nd Floor of the World Trade Center.

The Discussion Space gets more activity than any other feature in Fair Lawn News.  It's where ordinary residents, elected officials, and business leaders go to find out what's going on and what people are talking about.

Our new Events and Free Classifieds is also starting to catch on, as more organizations are posting information about their events and people figure out that it really doesn't cost anything to add a listing in the classifieds.

Who is reading Fair Lawn News?

Based on our fan mail, not surprisingly, most of our readers live or work in Fair Lawn.  Other people stumble upon the web site when they are thinking about buying a home or renting an apartment in Fair Lawn.  Some of our biggest fans are former residents who love to keep in touch, whether they are away at college or retired in Florida.
